Hm, yeah, calling keystone-manage in postrm... That's probably not going
to work (hint: *post* removal scripts shouldn't be referencing things in
the package)

restoring its proper name allow the re-installation to complete.
Removing the package is still not possible

@Soren: Sorry for the confusing bug report, keystone-manage is called
while re-installing, not while removing.
