Oh I just realized that you are using 11.04. I'd suggest you upgrade to a newer Ubuntu version as this bug has been fixed there. Thanks. We are upgrading all our clients to 12.04 as soon as it comes out and we test it, so if the issue is fixed there, we'll be fine - I guess it should be, since 2.2.2 is present in the repositories there by default. I installed Cobbler 2.2.2 from Debian packages and not from the repository, because 11.04 only had the outdated version of Cobbler with the same bug and I was actually hoping to fix it with version 2.2.2, but failed.
