Resolving this issue in your configuration:
WARNING: 'workgroup' and 'netbios name' must differ.
Should resolve you issue.
As this is a local configuration issue marking as 'Invalid'; the latest
update for 12.04 should avoid this breaking nmbd startup but you may
still see issues

A few minutes ago I tried to update my Ubuntu via Update Manager but I got this
