Okay I used dovecot sasl for smtp authentication with postfix based on
flurdy's tutorial, I simply switch smtp/sasl auth to dovecot and used
dovecot's sql userdb authentication and it worked.

I took a look at this. Here is what I did, and I propose that anyone
who is experiencing this problem should probably do the same:
rm /etc/ufw/applications.d/dovecot-common

I'm glad we could get you sorted. New for 12.04 is the DM-Multipath
documentation which
really focuses around the upstream version multipath-0.4.9. You may find other
useful
bits of information there. Closing out this issue as Invalid since it is not
a defect.
Have the same behaviour on a x86_64 server freshly-upgraded from Oneiric to
Precise.
On system reboot, squid3 does not start properly - gets killed by HUP signal as
recorded in syslog.
Logging into the system by ssh and manual starting service squid3 helps to
resolve the problem.

problem seems due to having a bridge already configured.
changed USE_LXC_BRIDGE to false in /etc/default/lxc solved it.
if it's not possible to handle an existing bridge during installation,
at least a more verbose error message would help.

Found the settings in /etc/cobbler/dnsmasq.template. Moved the file to
