Public bug reported:
Upgraded to Ubuntu 12.03 to find that squid was replaced by squid3.
Squid has a different config file in /etc/squid3/squid.conf were as the
old Squid was /etc/squid/squid.conf. Tried copying my old squid.conf
overwriting squid3's squid.conf and apparently not compatible. :( I
