Issue: We've installed 7.0.21-1ubuntu0.1, and now the + character in paramer
values in not decoded to SPACE.
If you alraedy have the plus character in the parameter value, then spaces are
decoded correctly.

I too am having the same issues. 1 computer running Ubuntu Server 8.04,
with ubuntu-desktop installed over top for gui purposes, and one running
xp SP2.
On the Ubuntu machines, I can get speeds of 1.6-1.8
This seems to do the trick! I just put the amavis user in the clamav
group and vice versa and was so far unable to reproduce the issue -

Hi Chuck,
When I first heard about suhosin causing the problem, my first attempt
to work-around the problem was to uninstall the php-suhosin package. But
this made no difference to the results/segfaults I was seeing.
Got me confused, but anything that fixes this is good news.

Okay, so I spun up a Ubuntu 12.10 box, and installed Munin 2.0.2 on
it from the repository. It looks like munin-cgi-html is installed and
working correctly.
However, all the graphs are broken. munin-cgi-graph isn't getting

12.04 you are supposed to use the sudo group for putting users in, to

I solved my problem by setting chmod 444 on the certificate and key
files, after which apt-get -f install worked perfectly. I had
previously set chmod 400.
I assume this problem was just waiting for slapd to be restarted before
biting me, and it just happened to be this update that triggered it.

My devices are on iscsi, and I'm not booting off them. They are not
connected until after the root goes live and network comes active, via
normal means.
I never manually loaded scsi_dh_rdac before, it's not in my initrd nor
my modules files. It loaded automatically somehow. Why isn't it
But it survive a reboot. several in fact. I always reboot after major
config changes to reduce the chance of a 2am phone call after a power
outage. I don't lightly file bugs, it's 3 days and 4 OS re-installs to
get me here. This was working on Lucid, and required additional setup
for Precise
after the upgrade and initial reboot, I change the config file and
verified multipath -ll was as I expected, then rebooted and did the pv
test. I did nothing else between my first posting and the reply
verifying lsmod, so yes, it was loaded on reboot.
I have both controllers in the md3000i, and
nothing. from the 10.04 syslog, I do see this right after all the scsi
attach events:

I had a similar issue to Phil. A web server was generating PHP sessions
faster than they were being deleted by the cron job. This caused the
disk on which /var/lib/php5 was located to run out of inodes, and thence
to a loss of service.
It is caused by this upstream workaround, which is poor:

While I do think the -i option might be useful to respect in this
situation, a sufficiently strict .ssh/config that uses IdentitiesOnly
appears to be a viable workaround here

I have many ssh keys loaded into my ssh agent. If I specify a specific key on
the command line with ssh -i, the ssh client still offers all of my agent keys
before trying the one I specified.
This has the unfortunate consequences of:

Did this ever get fixed? The upstream patch with the helper was posted
to the mailing list in November 2009 and in the same thread it is
mentioned that the Ubuntu packaging would enable this by the time
Lucid/qemu-0.12-rc1 was released.

The Samba 'panic action' script, /usr/share/samba/panic-action, is called every
30 mins or so. The message instructs me to report this as a bug here. I am
using Samba to connect from Ubuntu 10.04 to Windows 7. The problems have
started since replacing a previous Windows XP
