Hi Robie, Thanks for the info. I already remove and purged the package installation for the ubuntu and also remove the package for the manual and restarted the system. then I try to reinstall the puppet using apt-get install then error appears(sorry I already deleted the logs and error messages), I will try to reproduce the error and will send you the info once the error is related to the Ubuntu (not related to the app)
