I have entered a serverguide bug report:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/serverguide/+bug/1751095

And now seek a volunteer to take the bug report and rewrite the cgroup chapter.

If nobody takes the bug report, I'll just delete the chapter.

So yes, seems like this chapter should be removed (or possibly
