Filed, fixed, and in the process of being SRU'd.  Thank Clint for

You need to 'sudo apt-get install cloud-utils to provide the
ubuntu-cloudimg-query command.

It's a bug that lxc wasn't depending on that package.  The fix is on its
way into precise.
