Bug 329150: Default behavior for CTRL+ALT+DEL in Ubuntu Studio 9.04

Hello everyone, I need some clarification on the expected behavior of CTRL+ALT+DEL in Ubuntu Studio 9.04. Will we be following Ubuntu and having CTRL+ALT+DEL _not_ restart the X server? I have all the code necessary in -controls to do either behavior but I need to know what the default state is
