$ ifdown ath0 && ifup ath0
This will bring down your wireless interface, bring it back up, and
will start dhcp.
If the Network Manager is not cutting it for you, try out Wifi Radar;
it can be installed with Synaptic.

Thanks for the info, I'll give this a try. My issue was that I could see the
network, but was unable to connect beyond just to the local access point. I
use the internet from wifi hotspots, so typically I connect to a webpage, log
in, and then that grants me access to the outs

download.com and search - there is a freeware program there that will burn an
ISO image, once you have that, and get a working Ubuntu Studio going, the
functionality is built in.

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the list, been using Studio for about 3 months now and really
enjoy using it. I've heard people here talking about testing with Studio, and
I'm wondering if there are 'Tribal' CD's of Studio? I didn't see anything out
there, so I thought maybe there weren't any
