As question #221319 points out, Ubuntu still ships the langpack for Klingon.
The support for that locale was dropped some time ago along with Latin here:

Linux Mint's installer slideshow isn't part of the ubiquity-slideshow-
ubuntu source package. I expect they have their own version of it
somewhere else.
