Submitting a second variant which makes use of xgettext(), but also this
one is basically untested. I simply don't know how to build the thing.

Bug description:
  The polkit dialogs shown during snap installation/removal cannot be
  translated using Launchpad and are untranslated on non-English Ubuntu
  install. See the attached screenshot. Please, make the dialogs
  translatable.

  When asked whether want to select the user configuration and answered
  yes, it will show a system list.The typo is "讲"("用户设置讲覆盖系统设置"), which
  should be "将"("用户设置将覆盖系统设置").
