gnome-calculator is seeded in bionic as a snap, so it's translations are bundled in the snap. However, if you choose to install the deb or upgraded from artful, it'll need the translations in the lang pack. The template had been deactivated for some unknown reason; I just activated it. gnome-calculator will keep being untranslated after next language pack update too, but an extra langpack update is planned before the release and ought to take care of it.
