I think this is rather a Launchpad issue. The msgstr[2] is commonly used
in GNOME pofiles in our (Czech) language and for example in this case
the msgstr[1] and msgstr[2] for "%d years ago" are different. I manually
edited and uploaded the pofile, feel free to review it.

is that instead of having something like "Upgrading Ubuntu to
version %s", there is a hardcoded version that is changed
every time a ubuntu-release-upgrader is released for a new Ubuntu
version.

is released for a new Ubuntu version. You could probably make the
"Ubuntu xx.yy 'Code
Possible solution would be changing the "Cdrom with" part to something
that can be used in most languages without a translation.

Sebastien, the translated string is not applied only in install-only
