I agree with #1 - let's make this opt-in for individual translators
rather than sending them to the lists. The default teams have a huge
amount of packages assigned to them, so it would be too noisy.
What I'd personally like would be an additional autosubscribe option -
any time I contribute a
+1 to #6.

Another localization issue I have is that the gd hunspell package
recognizes a lot less words than in Windows - I filed a bug:

Looking at the code, I see that the %s Features string is used as a
category title in the dash, so it's shown as the title before each
group of search results.
The %s will be replaced by the source, so it will look like Youtube
