Language packs for Tajik have existed for pretty much ever: language-
pack-tg, language-pack-gnome-tg. You can also select this in language-
selector. What's apparently missing is the language selection in the CD

- will need to have their translations merged back into the .desktop file

/usr/share/applications/messaging-app.desktop
