Dear translators,
we resolved a bug in the l10n infrastructure. Now all strings of
update-manager should be translatable. There are about 13 new strings.

package for a long time (no untranslated strings), yet they are not
showing up.
Digging a bit deeper, msgunfmt shows that the translations are there in
yelp.mo, but they do not show up.

page are not working as they should. It seems that this is because they
should be contained in the file /usr/share/yelp/toc.xml rather than
coming through the usual langpack mechanism.
