I see that Jean-Marc added a 20.04 section at the previously used wiki page here:

While it's not a bad thing to document accomplished tests, it's not necessary from now on. The reason is that the proposed language packs now are assumed to be good enough to be moved to -updates. So, and unlike before, we are merely interested in reports about failed verification. I.e. if somebody tests and detects a problem for a language, please report it here. Otherwise the language packs will be moved to focal-updates.
