That was an issue with the translation template, I've regenerated an
updated one and uploaded it to launchpad, those strings should be
available if you refresh.
Note to translators, some of the strings come from the "Ubuntu Online
Account" Ubuntu patch so there is translation work to do "downstream"
(on launchpad)
