With the new URL containment in place, webapp-container does not open
external links in the browser: it just ignores the click.
For example: using Google Calendar and trying to switch to Gmail with
the switcher on the upper right corner.

Just tested with the latest webbrowser-app and latest oxide on a nexus 7
(using http://jsbin.com/ONuQiZu/4/quiet), and I cannot observe any
delay.

Chromium forks the browser process to run a sandbox IPC helper process,
which provides a mechanism for sandboxed renderers to access things like
the font cache. However, it does this without execing a new process
image in the child.
