used to point at remote URLs, but I guess the local URL case is valid
too. webapp-container does use oxide, so all we need to do is patch it

mobile devices include a like Android token, that too many websites
out there assume means the platform is android.
The fix is almost always specific to each given website (besides
evangelizing), often using a UA override, or
