I found the problem! Apparently my motherboard has some design flaw. I have a Gigabyte GA-MA780G-UD3H. I read that it helps to Onboard VGA Output Support option in the Advanced section of the bios and set it to D-Sub/HDMI, but I have not tried it yet myself. So no software problem. Bug closed.
