It isn't clear yet if this is the same bug or not; many things could cause a panel not to work. The HP Elitebook 2540p I have has an eDP internal panel, which Ajax hadn't seen in the wild before at all. The IBM x201 has been out a number of months longer, so it may have an LVDS panel.
