fglrx_updates
I've tried all of them, and fglrx-experimental-12 appears the same

It seems to be an X related issue. I tried to use former kernel ( 3.2.0-45) and
the problem persists.
If I remove /etc/X11/xorg.conf, everything is working fine.
On my side i need compiz or at least 3D support such as OpenGL and i need an
option in xorg.conf option AllowSHMPixmaps true to use
you can use 3d support without using a 3d compositor for the desktop, this is
the setup I use.
I use fluxbox with two monitors, the Nvidia 660 and no 3d composition. My
applications still have full 3d acceleration.
The performance is actually better with a light weight like fluxbox and better

a tty terminal. It freezes completely.

nouveau_connector_detect which is presumably in the Nouveau kernel
