I looked at what
apport-cli -f -p xorg --save xorg.apport
gives. I believe I could edit the result such that all the private data
is replaced by placeholders (like John Doe, example.com, etc.) and post
the file here. Would you be able to work from there onward?

I fully understand that there are no resources to test this. Still, the
bug is valid and I cannot provide more input. It should be remained to
'new' to avoid expiration. It should not expire; it exist for real.
And having this bug open, someone else having the same problem might one

Dan Smith, the issue you are reporting is an upstream one. Could you

As well, if you switch to GNOME Flashback (Metacity/Compiz) does this
WORKAROUND the Unity issue noted in the live environment?

I was not able to upgrade BIOS FA to FB because FB has the wrong Id.
This is due to the motherboard being Rev 2.0 (checked by looking at
motherboard). In other words, the PC seller forced in the wrong BIOS -
FA which is for Rev 2.2 . So I upgraded the BIOS to FH - the latest non-
beta for Rev 2.0
