hardware acceleration in Chrome browser
With hardware acceleration enabled in Chrome browser the display
eventually goes wonky and locks up the computer. Nouveau workaround is
to disable hardware acceleration in Chrome browser.

All that I know is that with the latest version (that was released this
year) on my now Arch Linux system I still have this issue. So I guess
the fix didn't fix this?

Running my monitor at 119.88hz, yet xwayland is locked to 60fps. Causes
some severe stutter in anything from scrolling through webpages in
Firefox to games running through xwayland. This bug is a big reason why
I currently do not use Wayland for everyday tasks.
