This is probably a kernel or driver issue. Since you're using a non-
Ubuntu kernel first please try downgrading to a supported Ubuntu kernel.

This is supposed to be fixed in Mesa 20.1 git by c81aa15d,
gallium/auxiliary/vl: fix bob compute shaders for deint yuv.

I am testing Ubuntu 20.04 Daily built the latest version on my MacBook
