Approximately two weeks ago after leaving the computer alone the display
turned off like normal but did not come back.The system is working in
the background but the display wont show. I've gotten it to work
sometimes by pulling out the display port cable out and putting it ba

This will never work under Xwayland but it should work using native
Wayland. But Chrome will choose not to use native Wayland by default
(yet). Please try:

Unfortunately this is not exactly a bug, it's a limitation of the Chrome
browser.
If you want to use the screen sharing functionality of Chrome you need two
things:
- you need the pipewire package, and you should have already have it
with hirsute

When running xwayland in Hirsute I am unable to share gnome-terminal
windows from Google Meet. In Google Meet running in Chrome
v89.0.4389.82 when I select the share a window I do not see my gnome-
terminal windows listed as an option to share.

Linux boot shows the message in the title of this bug report if the
videocard does not have any output attached. The computer boots up and
when Linux starts loading, the card shuts down: fans stop spinning and
the LED of the logo turns off. It's a Sapphire Radeon RX 580. If I
On my system this problem shows up when I enable fractional-scaling
(which I have to, to be able to use different scaling for my notebook's
3k display and my external monitor).
As soon as I close my notebook's lid or disable fractional-scaling,
performance on the external monitor is back to normal
