I can see two problems here, though am not sure if either is the main
issue:
* Timeout, server 21.0.0.52 not responding. Whatever that is, if it's a
server the machine depends on then it might cause a startup failure.
* CurrentDmesg.txt seems to suggest file system

Wow, a reply on a bug report after 6 years! I did not mean this to be
negative, just surprised that I got a response this late. I forgot all
about it, but this brings a lot back. Back then, I was mostly wondering
what was in the mind of someone to change a user-modifiable config
file..
