If you toggle maximised state with Super+Up or move left or right with
Super+Left or Super+Right the window gets focused and dragging works
again until you click inside a window again.

I had been using 23.04 for over a month since the beta. This only
started happening on my PC today. What happened? This is incredibly
annoying :/

NVIDIA Corporation GF108M [GeForce GT 635M] (rev a1).
My current workaround to boot with the old kernel: linux-
image-5.19.0-40-generic.

I upgraded to Ubuntu 22.04 and after a week or two of usage, my laptop
touchpad has stopped working suddenly. I have tried changing the kernels
(I tried 6 or 7 different kernels) but it is not resolving the issue.
Touchpad does not show in /proc/bus/input/devices.
