Well apparently this was due to a bug recently found a solution
to apply the patch found here

I have been able to run without xorg.conf without debug mode also hope they
incorporate this update in the next version of ubuntu that could run live cd
without any problem that I had problems with the live cd by these drivers to
run live cd I had to modify the xorg.
However the wine
