Again, a regression when moving from 11.10 to 12.04 (precise pangolin).

Problem spontaneously disappeared with today's aptitude update
aptitude full-upgrade.
The ibus error message is still here. So this was indeed unrelated.
Strangely enough, today's update did not include xorg packages. My best
guess is that the problem was in some KDE base package.

However, I don't think that it's a X server crash.
To help determine what really happens, I'll attach both
/var/log/Xorg.log and $HOME/.xsession-errors.

resolution and 2 screens.

I remain 1024x768 on both screens.
