The OS boots fine into Ubuntu Natty however the Kernel Version 2.6.38-11
I am using has a dark backlight. I can see the login screen but is very
dark. The fix for this seems to be to use the brightness control on my
Emachines E725 while in the bootloader, during boot. Holding
