I'm also affected by this bug. I've tried many different things that I described in another bug report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gstreamer1.0/+bug/1818382 For me it's not the case with the amd drivers. The same bug is there on a clean install of Ubuntu too. -- You received
