I've managed to reproduce this. This seems to be caused because swrast is now
linked into the gallium megablob as well.
Before llvmpipe was statically linked into libGL.so
Adding a depends on libgl1-mesa-dri to libegl1-mesa and libgl1-mesa-glx
should fix things. I'm verifying this in a ppa.

in 10.2.6, this is why libgl1-mesa-dri was installed in the first place.
/usr/lib/$ARCH/gbm/gbm_gallium_drm.so was linking to the shared

armhf tests

regressions on llvmpipe on 32-bits or 64-bits, only new tests passing.

When using the fglrx driver gpu-manager will fallback to UXA. UXA is not
implemented for broadwell in the 910 driver, but is required when using
fglrx for offloading. When using FGLRX in the IGPU (integrated gpu) mode
fglrx unloads itself and makes intel drive the screen.
[Impact]
* Fixes crash when using SNA with fglrx IGPU mode.
* Adds UXA support for broadwell.
