I confirm that I also have this bug. But I don't know if this bug report is a
duplicate of bug #1238410 because I only have this bug after updates on Ubuntu
Vivid.
It seems that the bug #1238410 is an old one and it should be fixed on Ubuntu
Vivid.

I tried to downgrade cairo-dock to the version from plain 12.04,
unfortunately it didn't work, I get tons of messages like this one:

These programs should wait until it receives a signal that should be

Hi,
The hidding methods have been rewritten. It works much better than
before with most graphic cards and this is the first bug report about
that I think. So I think it's maybe a problem with your drivers
(xorg/mesa)...
