My Asus A6M also, with a setup similar to vadimo: apps that require 3D features hang (Unity 3D, Chrome Web Store), but 2D elements still work. I'm running an old 64-bit 12.04 usb installation (upgraded from 10.04-10.10-11.04-11.10) that works fine when booted from different machines which also have nVidia adapters (one has G105M)
