The Xorg.log also the same as me (the stack trace bit)? The system has
been solid for me in the mean time.

BTW: the
I'm still suffering from this problem with -27. X freezes for me once
every 2-3 days. The symptons are as you describe. It seems to be a
regression from 11.10.

At the time of the freeze
I am declaring this bug as solved.
It has been stable for the entire last week (8h/day developing and
keeping it in suspend mode going home).
