it should be reported under 'Cinnamon' rather than 'Cinnamon (Ubuntu)'

The Cinnamon Project is not tracked in Launchpad, the preferred method
of reporting a bug against the project as a whole, is to file one here:
https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/issues. There are known issues
with Cinnamon and Unity not working well together in 13.10. If this
issue is fixed in
