Hello AaronMa, or anyone else affected,
Accepted xorg-server into groovy-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-
server/2:1.20.9-2ubuntu1.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
Please help us by testing this new
This commit caused a regression to some user upstream, and we have a fix
in hirsute but it needs to be applied to groovy as well. As there are no
known bugs filed on LP about the regression, we don't have a way to
reproduce the issue so the test case here is to just verify the original
use case

I have verified on Bionic.
I tested the new packages in bionic-propoesed on ThinkPad L15, which
only have one resolution before. And the new packages in focal-proposed
works. The details:
0. the resolution supported, only one: 1920x1080
1. open bionic-proposed channel and 'sudo apt update'.
2.
Thanks, could you verify on bionic too?
