re-calculate-the-clock-and-refresh-rate.diff causes Xorg server to crash
on an old Dell Vostro V3750 notebook (integrated Intel GPU + Nvidia

and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-
server/2:21.1.4-2ubuntu1.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
