same as in every other normal french layouts.

I can confirm that the proposed fix in #155 (replace level4nl by
level4n) is enough to fix ctrl-space in emacs(where it is a very
frequently used key combination).

After discussions about the bug #1013881, it seems that the right way to solve
this bug is to change the line 128 of symbol/fr
include nbsp(level4nl)
by
include nbsp(level4n)
For an unknown reason, the line «include nbsp(level4nl)» produces the
bug of Rhythmbox.

The fix has been reverted out, due to a bug report (bug #1013881) filed
about it during testing in -proposed.
You guys will need to work with upstream to find a better way of fixing
it that doesn't cause regressions for anyone.

ok, after discussing with upstream, try to find where the issue can be
fixed in a elegant manner, it seems we can find a workaround in
xkeyboard-config (but loosing the right ctrl key modifier, this is a
tradeoff). Reassigning the package for that.

And second of all ^^, what do you mean by loosing the right ctrl key
modifier? Do you mean it just won't work anymore? If that's the case, could
you explain us why (I don't see the link between the ctrl key and the space bar)

Well, it's quite complicated and took me one full day to talk to upstream, look
at the involved code, and so on…
You can have a look at the source upload or upstream bug, but in a nutshell:
- we don't use loose right control key in the oss layout :)
- we just loose the modifier combo like right
