the 2.6.31-1 kernel. Closing this off Fix Released.

I have the same problem on my HP laptop with Intel Mobile 4 Integrated
Graphics Controller [8086:2a42] (rev 07). Tested in current Jaunty and
Karmic Alpha 1.
One observation that may be related: the performance problems with the
Intel drivers that have been reported elsewhere seem to affect me
