where is this libdrm for you coming from? It looks like a non-standard
package. Some PPA?

Looking through other related bugs, perhaps the libdrm2 that is on the
xorg-edgers PPA is really what's causing the problems.
Can you post the output of this:
apt-cache policy libdrm2
Perhaps some of the debian/control details will need to be modified in
libdrm2 so that fglrx in xorg-edgers
