Hmm, not sure but looks like a bug in the compiler itself. Forwarding
to dkms for additional verification.
What did you do to end up working around it? Perhaps just
uninstalling/reinstalling would kick it into working. In which case
maybe there's nothing that can be diagnosed from this...
