As this still happens in several occasions and needs a general solution
independent of a single configuration or single buggy
subsystems/applications, I put this to confirmed state. If not
appropriate, please give a hint how such general request should be
handled better.

I think no more information is needed as I filed that as a general bug
with several occurences in quite different situations. Its more a we
need a general solution proposal, right?
