virtual_zero, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development

Hey virtual_zero,
Thanks for testing maverick during its development period. Unfortunately it
looks like this bug report didn't get attention during the maverick development
period. But I see there's not been more comments on the bug since the release,
which makes me wonder if this is still
Just logged in on October 7th and the problem is resolved. I downloaded
some updates yesterday so I'm assuming one of them resolved it.
As far as I'm concerned this can be closed though it does state that
this bug affects someone else.

Yeah the GDM login window. Plymouth is fine and gnome is fine but the
GDM is incorrect.
You seem to be implying the the GDM resolution is supposed to be
different. Its never been different before and it now looks like
complete garbage.

Thank you for reporting this. When you refer to login window are you
referring to the initial login screen? I believe the resolution might be
different prior to login to compensate for multi user systems. The login
screen stays one resolution, but once you login the resolution for your
user account
