OK, in the first place do:
sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-core-dbg
and log out and in again. Then run "glxinfo" to see if it crashes. If not, then
try "compiz --replace".
After the crash, attach the new Xorg.0.log.old, /var/log/kern.log and
/var/log/gdm/\:0.log.1

I cant enable 3d support with this card anyway so I guess it is not
compatible, but then it shouldnt crash / log me out for that anyhow..

Im not completely sure i did understand what to do, if you write the
steps one by one what to write in the console / do i can check that up.
My graphics card is right now a Matrox Millenium G400 32mb AGP card.. im
not running the drivers from their site as they said i had a never
version of x serv
My guess is that compiz, while checking if it is possible to run on your
card (which it probably is not), makes X crash.
The XorgLogOld.txt shows that the X server crashed:
