The pointer works. The problem is i thing resolved. Just the apport
tells me that there is system problem. The are no more lockouts. I
think the lockout happened at shutdown process but now i am using
$poweroff and it works best...
Only apport complains.

The bug occured now. I have completely updated my ubuntu. This was
partial distribution update. Still there is a bug.
Another problem the $sudo halt
is not working it shows ubuntu shutdown screen and stops there it
never power off my laptop.
I used the reboot system call to write a small asm code
The bug still occurs and the apport make a bug report each time. I use
setpci command to start my backlight.
